I buy two new car from Blackstone toyota. When I realized one of the car don't have floor mat. I contacted them and they was able to provide me with the floormat with no extra charge. Very good costumer service that why I buy two car on the sameday.

I love the customer service at Blackstone Toyota! We have been wanting a 4Runner for awhile and have been patiently waiting for the right one. Tou kept in touch for months and sent us info each time one came in that fit our wants. Zane made us feel comfortable and heard when we came to check out the car we bought. Stephen, the manager, gave us a great price on our trade-in and helped us get the car into our budget! Def recommend and will buy from this dealership again! As for the 4Runner itself, I LOVE it. It is so spacious, runs so smoothly, and has all the features we wanted from high-tech features to matte black finishes. It fits two carseats side by side with plenty of space for another adult. The legroom in this vehicle is awesome. All three rows have plenty of space! No more squishing into a 3rd row! Very happy with this purchase!!

My sales rep, Cristian Cruz and Manager Stephen Prince were so helpful and accommodating to my situation, and I really appreciated their efforts to make my experience of buying a car as easy as possible. I have had awful experiences as a woman trying to buy a car in the past, but at Blackstone Toyota, I felt safe, since Cristian and Stephen made the whole process as smooth as possible. The only problem was the wait for the Toyotas to arrive since the Company has been slow in producing them. Worth the wait, though, since my new car is beautiful! ??
